Katri Hokkanen, CFO of Valmet, to Leave the Company by the End of September 2026

Katri Hokkanen is stepping away from Valmet after nearly two decades. Her move follows a new path forming beyond the company’s walls. Until September 30, 2026, she remains fully engaged – guiding finance operations while supporting the executive team. For close to four years, she led as Chief Financial Officer. Prior roles within Valmet also centered on financial strategy and oversight. Through those years, improvements in governance took shape under her involvement. Performance systems evolved too, shaped by consistent attention. Stability during change matters now – so her presence continues through mid-2026.
